Back home safely after 25 hrs of traveling. And it’s still Sunday. Longest Sunday I’ve experienced in a while.

Transiting in Singapore briefly. Not even enough time for chicken rice.

Ug. Up at 3:15 am. Gotta leave for the airport. No durian for breakfast today.

My suitcase has never smelled this good: 5 lbs of coffee from the village, freshly roasted the day we left. You can’t get fresher than that!

Made it safely back to Jakarta after a long day of flying. Looking forward to a bed with a mattress tonight!

Getting used to the Durian smell; almost don’t notice it anymore. Still no meat to eat but at least they know how to make tasty veggies.

Apparently we’ve arrived in this village in Durian season. I think we’ve been given at least 4 so far. I hope we don’t have to eat them all.
