Our trek led us across some big lakes, and up some creeks. This meant that some days we spent many hours paddling in a small dugout canoe like this one. Sitting in a cramped dugout can be very tiring, but going by water is often much faster and more convenient, especially when you’re carrying a bunch of heavy Bibles.
