Find us on Google Earth

If you don’t have Google Earth, but do have a decent internet connection then get it now. It’s free, and runs on Windows or Mac. To say it lets you view satellite imagery from around the world is an understatement.

Why get it now? Because if you download and open my Singapore Google Earth Placemark, it will show you exactly (give or take a mile or so), where we’ve been staying here in Singapore. There are actually a couple clouds the block the exact place, but that might be for the better, since we don’t really want stalkers coming after us. Zoom out a bit and you’ll get a good perspective on where Singapore is, in case you might have forgotten.

Below are some screen shots from Google Earth.

Singapore
Singapore is that tiny dot, surrounded by Indonesia & Malaysia. Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Philippines aren’t too far away.

Singapore more zoomed in
Singapore is a city, island, and nation all in one. Only one of those islands that you see there is Singapore.
Where we're staying in Singapore
That’s where we’ve been staying. Katie has enjoyed running in the park which you can see in the bottom right of the photo (while I hang out on the nearby streets hoping to catch some good photos).
